At The Brickhouse Taverns we take pizza seriously, almost too seriously. Starting from the bottom, our crust is made fresh daily in our own kitchen. From there we add only the best and freshest ingredients, from fresh vegetables to our hand sliced pepperoni. When it comes to baking our pizzas, our oven is world class, literally. It was imported from Italy to New York before it arrived in our kitchen. The oven features a revolving brick top to make sure the pizza crust is cooked evenly and thoroughly cooks each pizza in five minutes. We want to make sure your pizza meets our standards.
